blacklist is basically that they can ban you from buying online or by phone.... they could really do it for any reason, but usually they do it if you try to use many coupons together on a same order, or keep trying coupons that shouldn't be used. With any misprice or coupon code you always take a chance.. usually there's ways around the ban, but with so many orders that they must be getting tonight, I doubt they'd ban everyone, but It's up to them, not me.

Or have a pattern of what they call coupon abuse meaning using coupons that weren't sent to you and were posted on a web site.

Chances are you won't get blacklisted for using one of these types of coupons but they might flag your acct. They also just cancel the order.

Why call? It's easier to just wait & see. I just place orders and hope for the best. I don't see any point in calling, that just seems like a waste of my time.
