Staples Rebate ?!? Any one know

I send a rebate into staples in Jan 09, and I been unable to track it with the tracking #, can I assume it's lost, how do I get that rebate, I made photo copies... just call CSR ?

Just call CS and see if they can put you through to rebate center. Tell them your story.

Can you just search by name and zipcode instead of tracking number?

U know it's weird, when I track by tracking # it tells me they never received it.. but when i just enter my name, it's there under a thrid line.. thanks for the help!
