It's $160 after an instant rebate and there's one Staples MIR rebate for $160. There's also an upgrader's rebate for $30 so you could potential make money on the deal; however, both rebates require the original UPC so YMMV.
When I bought this yesterday, the manager brought out the 2004 version 1st which rang up higher and brought up the message "Do not sell". I noticed the different date and then the manager disappeared in the back again to come out with the 2005 version. After I got home and cut off the UPC from the bottom of the box I noticed that there was no disc inside. I looked at the box again and saw that the top seal had been pealed up and then hastily resealed. I'm guessing that I got someone's returned product :|. I should have checked the box before I left the store but it came from the restricted employee's only area so I never would have thought this would happen. Moral of the story: make sure both the top and bottom seals are completely intact.
