If you get it for the $60 price with the software- Its a GREAT deal nothing illegal about it IMHO that was the price at checkout they should honor it!
BUT,
If you bring the software back that is fraud which is illegal Staple's can press charges(returning 15 sets of software would not be too hard to find heh any staples corp lurker(and I bet there are some spies) here probaly could find the account in a minute I personally would not of said anything in this forum not a smart thing to do IMHO ) didnt you pay with credit cards ?

Its reasons like this why the rest of us have such a hard time getting any deals while the vultures swoop down and buy up all the stock. Its nice to know someone has all the extra expendable money to sit around and wait for rebates on 15 visors and still defraud Staples. BTW, Dirty, I have some Flooz and CyberRebates for you to have if your interested. :disgust:

No doubt. Doesn't matter though, nothing you say or do will stop the profit seekers...I got one for $95 ($45 if they do credit the $50 difference for the orange visor, which I doubt), but I wished I got another for my sister at college. Needless to say i'm keeping mine

Although, even if I was the first to order a visor at the original $150 price (before discounts) , NJ has SO many deal seekers and staples is so screwed up that, the people who ordered 10 would probably get their orders before the people who ordered one or two.

Anyway, my point is, "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em." (and no, I don't do this because i'm broke and pending $900+ rebates and still have next semesters tuition to worry about)

I went to BestBuy yesterday to check out the Panasonic Replay deal. I couldn't believe how many open boxes without the UPC. These are $100 rebates from Panasonic. BestBuy shouldn't allow returns without the UPC, it does say missing UPC products may not be returned, but I guess quite a few people got away with it.
More interesting is the fact that I could submit a rebate for it without a UPC as long as it is stated that it is an open box product. I wonder how many people scam Panasonic by submitting these $100 rebate over and over.

There's a good reason the FS/FT forum was spun off from this one--A lot of people were getting really mad about the clowns who would buy out mass deals and turn around and sell them to the same people they had just screwed. A lot of them would offer it here for like $50 more than what you KNOW the paid, but still less than you would pay normally, and they'd say &quot;It's still a good deal.&quot;

I don't know when it became a praiseworthy event for someone to have a large hand in souring a deal, but this is not a hot deal, belongs in BragNMoan and just plain lame.
