Star Conflict is "3D" im pretty sure

So it seems. I haven't followed the F2P field much.
The SW game being full 3D, if that indeed is the case, is still unusual. To me it would be a sign that the game is not made for the absolute lowest common denominator; real 3D navigation takes a little bit of something from the player at least.

16 player battles? Ugh.

I want epic scale battles. An Imperial Star Destroyer drops out of HS onto a rebel base location and launches fighters and the Rebels defend. Rebels hyperjump a couple squads into an Imperial convoy and hope to get past their escort to blow up the Imperial construction equipment.

Basically, take TIE Fighter/X-wing and make it so EVERY fighter in the scenario is a human. Bonus if you toss in the ability for humans to control capships too.

Sounds too much awesome, ergo no, let's just do a 16 player arena that is P2W instead, wee

You had to get to the F2P Disney part before you gave up hope of it being a good game? It is a Star Wars game, it is mathematically impossible for it to be a good game. Example: every other Star Wars game since X-Wing vs Tie Fighter.

SWG was an amazing game, you Negative Nancy, even post-NGE like all the whiny bitches like to cry about.

I haven't seen this mentioned yet, it's a browser game. No real client just a download for the browser. So I doubt we'll see joystick support. I haven't played enough to really discuss it.

I enjoyed my time with Star Wars: Rebellion and Star Wars Galaxies had a lot of redeeming qualities that new MMO's should consider implementing.

I loved that game, I went back in 2005 or so and completed the game...was too hard for me when I was 12 or 13 .

I still play rebeliion. Have to re-read some of the running your empire strats though as some don't work quite as they seem and you can get screwed up early.

I was #4 on the Case's Ladder for Star Wars Rebellion at 1 point. GL_Brentwack Damn that was a long time ago. I remember the best players were Clydes Dale and Lons or something like that. But they would play at very slow speed and use the abandon mission bug like crazy to win games. But I had a blast playing that game.
