Harry at Aint It Cool News ripped into it in his review. He had to pull it though because he posted the review after signing a NDA at a screening. Wish I had saved it.
The movie is just the opening to the TV series coming in September. You're not missing anything because the movie will probably hit the TV or DVD pretty soon.
I'm amazed that Lucas is putting his name on something that looks like a cross between cheaply done anime and the kind of blocky graphics that were so common in the 90's with low-power graphics cards.

The 15 year old version of me would be shocked to hear that ever come from me, but its been completely ruined at this point. And this is further proof of that.
