That doesn't help me. Bring me one and charge a service fee of ~80%. At least I know what the fuck I'm getting this way.
Can't always be 3 feet away from fresh ground coffee and coffee maker. Also you pay for the ambience.LMAO @ buying coffee from starbucks.
been making my own coffee using a nice brehmor coffee maker and grinding my own beans in the morning for years. can't imagine spending $3+ a day for a cup. just LOL
I'm putting my flamesuit on, but at $1 for a large, I dare you to beat the value of McDonald's coffee (assuming not making your own). Add a "cup with ice" for free and you've got iced coffee. Way better than Starbucks for a fraction of the price.
That said, Starbucks are by far the best "on-the-road" bathroom pitstop out there. Always single-person rooms that are clean and tidy.
"I don't like coffee. Therefore I will put in an additive to make it tolerable. And pay a lot for it."that's simply espresso with milk. If you are suggesting there is some appropriate additive to make black coffee tolerable, then I would like it know what it is if not milk.
people should be going to starbucks for the stuff they can't make at home - iced tea drinks & ridiculous espresso based drinks.
you ever try making a trenta fizzio passion tea lemonade at home? it's a fucking pain in the ass AND it's expensive as shit with sodastream machines.
"I don't like coffee. Therefore I will put in an additive to make it tolerable. And pay a lot for it."
Sounds logical. Carry on.
<sipping on a cup of coffee so black that when I poured it, no light could go through.>
It's totally nit picking but they report nutritional information on the beverages. If they then go and produce the product with different composition they are committing fraud.
Same here.
Also although the hot is pretty good I don't like the ice-coffee at Starbucks ... seems watery and weak to me.
Let's see--I last bought coffee in early march, beans from Costco. I've currently spent $14 on Coffee going on 2 months. Will last 2.5 months. (to be fair--that's $7 because we split the cost )
I don't spend significant money on coffee. My Starbucks adventures are extremely rare.
how many beans did you buy that lasted 2 months
we go through multiple lbs of coffee a week
I'm surprised myself that it has lasted this long...it's also pretty terrible but I don't care. I just need it because drugs.
If children have figured out that including ice in a cold beverage decreases the amount of liquid they will receive, the Court has no difficulty concluding that a reasonable consumer would not be deceived into thinking that when they order an iced tea, that the drink they receive will include both ice and tea and that for a given size cup, some portion of the drink will be ice rather than whatever liquid beverage the consumer ordered.
This conclusion is supported by the fact that the cups Starbucks uses for its Cold Drinks, as shown in the Complaint, are clear, and therefore make it easy to see that the drink consists of a combination of liquid and ice.
...When a reasonable consumer walks into a Starbucks and orders a Grande iced tea, that consumer knows the size of the cup that drink will be served in and that a portion of the drink will consist of ice. Because no reasonable consumer could be confused by this, Plaintiff fails to state viable CLRA, UCL, or FAL claims.
Their coffee isn't roasted so much as flame broiled.I should clarify for those that may not get it: I am actually referring to the taste, which, for Starbucks, is predominantly "burned," and not the physical act of being burned by coffee.
Isn't there an ice level line on the cups? Apparently the judge isn't going to enforce Starbucks rule on Starbucks.
Coffee cubes would still be mostly water... Since... coffee is mostly water. -_-https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...oo-much-ice-not-enough-coffee-lawsuit-claims/
Solution: make your ice cubes using coffee instead of water.
