The scam artists over at Dlink kept saying how the product life had come to an end, blah blah blah.... However they were NOT HONORING THEIR ORIGINAL WARRENTY! A warrenty cannot be altered after it is printed and you buy the product!

Hell, the front of the box even proclaims,
"Lifetime Warrenty and Free Support"
However Dlink do not provide either to me.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. The ONLY people I could speak to was the clueless RMA department. When I demanded to speak to a supervisor, manager, or someone in customer service I was told that I could not speak to anyone else. They said my question would be asked by the RMA rep who would call me back.

The entire experience got me so ticked off that I had been planning to file complaints with the States Attorney General, Federal Trade Comission, and Better Business Bearu. I had forgotten about it for awhile, but since you decided to bring it up again....I think I will write some letters.
Anyways, I will NEVER be buying Dlink ever again! They have proved to me how they stand behind their written word. Potential customers, TAKE NOTICE!
