The first thing that I thought when reading the title was - "The state of CA has a garage?!?!?"

Makes me wonder if my state has an attic or something somewhere.

anyone notice the # of bids on these items and then who the high bidder is? They're usually with 0-2 feedback. kinda makes you wonder if someone is just padding the bidding.

Hmm, wonder if the reason there are so many knives is from airport confiscations. Dunno, I live about an hour and a half from Sac, was considering possibly driving up there tomorrow to check this out but it seems like a bit of a crapshoot. Thats a long drive if its all overpriced or useless junk.

Day 2: I'm standing in line and it's 6:20am now. There are about 94 or so people in front of me; it seems some people arrived as early as 2am. More and more are coming now; as many as 120 behind me. People are just campin literally out here with sleeping bags and fold-up chairs. Check out the aerobed near the front

They're fake bidders, not people trying to increase the auction price so california gets more money.

I went Friday afternoon. The "good" stuff was all gone. Not sure if there really was any "good" stuff, but saw on TV that some guy bought a sword. Heh, cool. Not worth standing in line for 3 hours, though.
