I always find it funny when GoP'ers are always saying "we want less government", yet they are always the ones wanting to tell women how to plan a family, and for people to use a recreational drug.
Nope, it's not as easy as that, shockingly enough!Trump's a business man. A Nevada business man. Not a chance.
As for the abortion comments above, it all depends on if you think a baby human has rights or not. Easy as that.
A. Federal raids on grow operations/stores.What exactly would be the mechanism of an overruling? What happens when a pretty large percentage of states tells the federal government to F off?

That. And he's missed the point because actual abortion is only a part of it. Even a simple condom is controversial in some peoples' bizarre minds, forget the more complicated stuff like insurance coverage of birth control pills.Nope, it's not as easy as that, shockingly enough!

B. Dunno, but it probably wouldn't be pretty.

Government telling women how to plan a family? How about people making babies be responsible in the first place? Use of recreational drugs? I'm for it as long as it doesn't affect ME. But it makes little sense in state or federal governments to bother even addressing things like this. Have employers make the decision on their employees and fire at will. Want a dozen kids? You pay 100% for them. Your choices, your decisions and only your wallet [and not mine] pays for it all.I always find it funny when GoP'ers are always saying "we want less government", yet they are always the ones wanting to tell women how to plan a family, and for people to use a recreational drug.
That still doesn't answer the point of my comment: Republican's whole thesis is "Get out of muh life gubbinment!!" yet they are insistent on making laws regarding abortion, which is argueably one of the most personal issues a person could face.Government telling women how to plan a family? There is a federal ban on marijuana that Obama chose not to enforce. But the GoP would. And the GoP stands to gain control over all branches of government in 2017. Are the states about to be overruled by federal government?

This. If state and local police aren't enforcing it, what do you think is going to happen? Federal goverment / national guard based troops would go around looking for people with joints?
I believe a woman's right to choose lasts for the first 18 years after the 3rd trimester.
...estimates that since the 1980s 300 children have died of "religion-based medical neglect" in the United States.
