Hello everyone.
At home, I am trying to setup 2 Linksys routers to communicate with each other. Since we have 2 DSL lines coming into the house, we needed 2 routers to service everyone. On one router (IP: 10.50.1.1), I have 4 machines on it (using DHCP). On the second router (IP: 10.50.2.1) I have 3 machines off it as well (using DHCP). My goal is to have computers on the 10.50.2.x subnet be able to communicate with members of the 10.50.1.x subnet. I know the Linksys routers have static routing capabilities, but I don't understand how to properly configure them. Below is the info that they are requesting for a static route. Can anyone please help me with the settings.
Thank you..
Static Routing:
1: (Select Route entry)
Destination LAN IP: ...
Subnet Mask: ...
Default Gateway: ...
Hop Count
(Metric, max. is 15):
interface: LAN/WAN
