Stats thread for interteam SoB race - Sorry, had concussion so could not post stats.

I just added the first two new computers for my account and the first new computer to amdborg's account. I am checking my SOB queues now to make sure his is working..... we will see. The bulk will be added in the middle of next week (20 for me, 10 for him)

Hopefully my output will increase for a couple of days. I fired up the beast at work this evening, the 4 processor quad core Xeon MP beast (yes, that's 16 CPUs at 3ghz each on 1 box :Q ). We'll see how well SB does with that.

Performance stats are strange, the processes list in taskmgr shows 100% cpu utilization, but each of the 16 cpus are only doing 6 percent.

Oh well, we'll see how it goes.

Too bad I have to remove SB on it either tomorrow or Thursday. *sniff*

Geez, people get so freaked out and bent out of shape when they see a CPU at 100%. :Q and yet I'm sad when it's not (and SOB is installed on the system )

Yeah. I hear ya. I think a CPU is not really working, unless it is running at 100%.

I dumped at 5:47PM on the 14th did I not make it on time? I was checking the stats over at free-dc and it says that I dumped on the 14th.

oh well sorry bout that, i should'a done it earlier.

Indeed they were. I've kicked them. I think there was a pretty large load on the machine sometime yesterday afternoon..

If they do appear stuck, just check Here instead...These new ones seem to be without the problems of getting stuck.. though they do have a few bugs I've yet to iron out before going live

First of all, to avoid any misunderstandings . These statistics are taken from the statsbox of DukeBox of the DPC, not from the Free-DC website. On Dukebox's website there is a possibility that is not available on Free-DC. That's the reason. There will be a big difference between one and the other, because they are located in different time zones.

And to answer IJumps' question, it appears the statistics can be found in this thread.

Finally here are the statistics of the race so far, calculated from 2008-01-15 onwards. All output during this race will be added up.

These stats are from 2008-01-15 and partially 2008-01-16, so the current status.

I am crunching with everything I can at this point. Next week, things will change as I go back into putting new computers into production. I may do a few this week, but next week should be the big week....

I'm close to just buying a quadcore but I think I'm still hunting for parts to complete a crunching only home build - I got a psu, ram and mobo but i'm lacking case, hdd and cpu (would be my e6600 from sig replaced by the quad)

This is probably because of an intermediate update of the stats box. The figures are correct, though.
