BTW the $159 one had DVI (that's why i was so tempted)

On the plus side, when the refurb ATI card I bought from Newegg started acting up, they e-mailed an RMA number within hours and waived the 15% restocking charge. Still have yet to ship it back, but what I've seen so far is heartening.

The Gainward should overclock better than the Visiontek, and it looks super slick on that red PCB.

I'd been watching their site most of the day, lol, I had a call (at work)while I was placing my order for that Golden Sample GF3. Never thought I could do something like that but wow! I guess maybe I can chew bubblegum and walk. Guess my current GF3 will go on the chopping block soon...although I didn't really need the DVI it gives me an excuse around tax time.

Know what's funny too, I went back to see if they had any more and it was out after I placed it..didn't have time to post about it here being @ work, seems it would have been of no use..They had PNY one's huh(you mean ti200 right?)? I didn't even notice it, I went back to see if they had any of those leadtek winfasts, nothing beats that 139 that I got a few months back, sigh, sold it to bigdee to help pay for Christmas..

more then 50% of the parts on my three different computers were purchased as refurbished from newegg....they still work now.....the only thing I had to replace is the IBM HD I bought last summer....did a RMA with IBM...they gave me a brand new HD...
