Free Play for the weekend and also on sale are:

Shattered Horizon 50% off $9.99

Combo pack of the both of them is $12.49

Weekend deals are:

Supreme Commander 2 66% off $5.10
SC2 DLC 66% off $3.40

Grand Theft Auto Classics:

GTA 3 75% off $2.49
GTA VC 75% off $2.49
GTA SA 75% off $3.74

There is a GTA Classics pack that has the three GTA's mentioned above alone with GTA 1-2 for 75% off $7.49

Personal opinion:

L&G is good but has almost no community sadly
SH game is on sale for cheaper and online community from what I've read is small anyways

SC2 is a steaming pile of crap and not worth it at that price unless you just want to screw around with for a short bit

GTA pack is a good deal

I got SC2 at launch and it is currently the only game in my Steam library I totally regret owning (have almost 150 games on Steam).

I love SC1 and still play it quite a bit.

Hell I recommend anyone that hasn't played Total Annihilation go over to gog.com and buy the complete pack of that for $5.99, amazing value next to this turd they call SC2.

I bought Lead & Gold and it's pretty fun for like 10hrs but it gets boring after that.

Shattered Horizon isn't that good.

I know most people wont agree with me, but I didnt think Superme Commander 2 was THAT bad. I thought it was fun for a while for the skirmish mode and the campaign. I dont play online because I am not that good, so I cant comment about that. Anyway, to me it would be worth it at the sale price, but I regret that I paid full price for the game when it first came out, because now it is cheap everywhere, even the box copy at Target.

Eh, I have both SH and L&G. Both suffer from small communities. And even when you do get in a game, they're not that fun.

I might bite on SC2 at that price, but I really need to play some of the other RTS games I got.

I played through the single player campaign in SupCom2, it's not a great game, and they made some mechanical changes to it that I didn't care for compared to the first one.

It surprised me that Chris Taylor even made a sequel to it given that the first game didn't do that well from my memory, and given his feelings about PC gaming due to his perception of rampant piracy.

They fixed the economy in SupCom2 with the latest patch. You can now queue units "correctly" and only pay when they are built.

I'll bite on the DLC at 66% off.

They should have renamed it simple commander though

This. At first, I was like "What the hell is the OP smoking SC2 doesn't have any DLC and will never be on steam!?", and then I realized the OP was talking about Sup Com 2.

in for san andreas. gta4 got a lil boring for me but i heard of good things about san andreas.
