The funniest part was from the 2nd link:

(colbert calling john stewart a sexual predator but actually referencing bill o'reilly's sexual predator behaviour, LOLOLOL)

Best line was when O'Reilly said, "I'm an act." and Colbert replied, "If you're an act, then what am I?"

(the real thing?) --I like Colbert's humor because he throws in things like this and 95% of America doesn't get all the levels of his humor. The way he stood up to Bush and cut him down was amazing enough.

the way I saw it, both people were "in character". I'm sure Bill understood him, but had to stay serious.
