Steve & Barry's B&M Everything 7.98

They just opened recently in Illinois and there clothing is on par with the quality of Old Navy. The great thing is that everything in the store is the same price. It doesn?t matter if your buying jeans, winter coats, t-shirts, dress shirts, etc... It?s all $7.98.

We were putting a store in a mall in Detroit I think, and the Steve and Barry's had a sale with everything $5.99. Not bad stuff for such a cheap price.

You know its funny the quality of there clothing a lot better than walmart and its cheaper than walmart. Who would have said a store is cheaper than walmart!

They have one of these stores near me too. I found it at the mall on Black Friday, and everything was $9.98 or less, with t-shirts for about $8 including lots of licensed logo shirts. Quality on some items is good, but horrendous on other items: problems like flimsy material, sleeves that fit wrong, and neck holes too small on pullover hoodies. Try everything on before you buy. They have some great deals.

I know this is the norm now. But, the clothes are made in every backwater, 3rd world country you can think of.

and $100 jeans from (you input designer name) are not made in a 3rd world place? Logos and names sell clothing at a premium.

True, but s&b is really thin. It will wear out very fast and if memory serves correct cheaper stitching too.

At least you can afford to buy 4 pairs for every pair you'd buy at a different mall store.

My friend and I were in this store a few weeks ago and he wanted to buy a sweatshirt... but he was getting pissed because he didn't see a price tag. Meanwhile I was laughing because there are at least a dozen signs in any direction you look that say "Everything is 7.98!"

I have gotten stuff for my son from Steve & Barry's as well as gifts for others.

For what it's worth, I haven't had any quality issues with the items I've purchased.

I get my Michigan hats from their stand next to the Stadium for <$10...and they'll last me a good 2 years. I'm sure they'd last longer if I took better care of them.

Been wearing a couple of pairs of their jeans regularly for about & year now & they seem to be holding up fine. I did buy a shirt there that fell apart pretty quickly though, so be careful what you buy.

went there. saw their products. needless to say, I walked out withou buying anything.
nothing there was worth $7.98 for me.. horrible design and material.. I dont see it as any better than wal mart quality.

Maybe it's good for kids who grow fast and wear things out fast.

Yeah, it's not very high-quality stuff, but I still have my MSU hoodie from Michigan even after all these years

I went there a few weeks back and everything was 9.98 or less which turned out to be everything was 9.98 except for some necklaces. I didn't see anything worth buying.

I've been to s&b a few times. My complaint is that they always seem to be out of the sizes I want. Check out the shirts with the wording on them. Got me a few of them. Hard to beat there cheap price at that place. I think (wasn't paying attention) its about an hr and a half drive from here to the nearest one.
