Without wanting to get into a debate of features versus money, I am more interested in picking up the HT-S760 at CircuitCity.com for $499 brand new also with free shipping. The component video connections mattered the most to me.
Additional features (besides the not having to worry about the refurb bit):
Dolby® Digital EX and DTS® ES
6.1 Channel (extra rear speaker)
3 Digital inputs (2 optical, 1 coaxial)
3 S-Video inputs
2 Component Video inputs (with switching - for dvd and satellite)

Circuit City customer reviews of the HT-S760
The HT-S755DVC (same system, but includes DVD player?) gets the highest CNET rating of any of the HTIBs.

Any idea what the model number of the DVD player is that is included in the HT-S766DVC setup?
Also, this clearly appears to be better than even a new (not refurb) combo of the TRS+speakers discussed in this thread, right?
