Site loads up FAST for me, I can't run a traceroute from my machine (it crashes Win2k) I ran one from the Level 3 POP in St. Louis (where Im at)

Just realised something, its running through Dallas, not St. Louis. After some experimenting it seems the only time I can get it to run off St. Louis is if I run it to an IP which is in St. Louis
