I absolutely love my K7S5A. I got one of the first boards out. I have an athlon 1.4 and o/c'ed it through software (CPU cool) up to the mid 140 mhzs with no problems, even with the stock HSF. I normally run at 139 MHZ with the memory timings maxed with no problems ever in use or with various memory testers. I thrash it pretty hard too, always capturing and encoding video and audio, running multi monitors, etc. It is a great board and if this next one is as stable, I would highly recommend it!!!
p.s. Just get a good power supply. The wattage doesn't need to be astronomical, I run 300W only, but make sure it is quality clean power. I think thats where most of these horror stories about this board have resulted from.
