"They gave me medicine to take for a few months"
Maybe the diarrhea is a side effect. What medicine are you taking?

I tried to eat many things , there isn't any specific list on my mind , I even tried to eat vegetables for a few days , didn't help either ....
I'm not married so I eat at my parents... Cooked food everyday , and I don't over eat too much , I just stop when I feel comfort

Don't tell me I'm 1% :x
the thing is that im not taking any pills for a week now...
i know it could be the pills , but inside me im sure it's not..
But anyway, will the anti diarrhea help in my situation since im not taking any pills anymore?
And will it help me with the weight issue? Will it force my body to accept the food?

If you're sensitive to certain things..cut them out and see if that helps. Try keeping a food diary to see if you can pinpoint triggers. It wouldn't hurt to go back to the doctor either.

I had stomach pain all the time and it turned out that I had Hemochromatosis which stomach pain is a very common symptom.

First thing I would do is cut out any foods that are highest risk to cause these kinds of problems (including chronic inflammation):

Grains (wheat, corn, oats, millet, bulgur, rice, etc.) - Gluten and other grain proteins can wreak havoc on the GI tract. This is number one, very important.

Dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.) - Some people are very intolerant to dairy

Legumes (beans, lentils, peas, soy) - These have lectins (antinutrients) that prevent you from absorbing nutrients (as well as other problems)

Industrial oils ("vegetable" oil, canola oil, corn oil, soybean oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, cottonseed oil, basically anything that isn't cold-pressed olive oil or coconut oil) - These are full of pro-inflammatory Omega-6 oils, and are highly oxidized (which is bad).

If you cut those out for a month I can practically guarantee an improvement in your situation. So what can you eat? Meat, vegetables, nuts, fruit, avocados, herbs, spices. Basically a Paleo-style diet. Check out the book "The Paleo Solution" by Robb Wolf, he recounts his struggles with a similar situation (diarrhea, losing weight, not digesting food).

I would also suggest taking fish oil every day as well to help combat the inflammatory response. 3000mg/day of EPA+DHA should do it (comes out to about 10 pills if they each have 300mg).

I was in the same situation once when I was taking omepradex.. don't panic.. this is all side effects and it will be gone soon

Not arguing with most of anything you have stated, but I read that Oats and rice are gluten free.

Now granted, they can be contaminated, but they themselves don't have gluten...

Correct me if I am wrong, or the information I read is wrong.
