Can you give us some more information about what you're trying to accomplish? I'm not sure what it is that you're trying to stop.

Typically your DCs dont do much broadcasting, the clients connect up to DNS and use that to determine what DC to connect to. The clients initiate the logon session, not the servers.

What I trying to do is, some user they pick the wrong domain controller to login and I don't want them to do that, so I just want to turn off that domain controller from broadcasting. Thanks

Users dont get to pick which domain controller they log in to, this all happens automatically based on the information stored in DNS and Active Directory (sites and services).

What dialog is it that users are "picking" from?

On the Windows login screen, they can select different domain controller they want to. Some users have no clue and select the wrong one, I want to turn that domain controller off, how do I do that?

That's not a domain controller, that's an entirely different domain.

There's not much you can do in this situation if their accounts are allowed to logon to different domains through a trust. This is largely a user education issue.

One thing you can try is leveraging the UPN, which is commonly the same as their email address (user@domain.com). This will prevent them from selecting a domain from the drop down list, and will log them on to the correct domain.

besides...that's up to the admins who created the trusts to remove those trusts when they're not needed.
