Do you guys know if there's a way to share the alternate costume downloads with other accounts on PSN?

i'd assume it's the same way you share the other stuff, let someone else get onto your psn account and go to your download history and grab em.

My concern is because the data is already on the game disc. I dunno. I'll try it.

Only took me forever but I realized I need to go fast enough where I feel like my stick will break! haha.
What stick do you have? You may know this already, but if you have a stick, it's important to NOT ride the gate. Only go far enough so that the direction registers. Riding the gate just slows you down. Extra distance you have to travel.

HRAP3. And yea, I realize that. I gotta get better with it in that respect. I notice myself riding it way tooo much.

Oh here is a tip, rather simple but something I think is important: Quick get ups are done by pressing down twice right before you are knocked down to the ground. Do not quick get up into your opponents throw.
I thought you had to hit down only once right before hitting the ground. Maybe I'm wrong.
You could be right! I'm used to tapping down twice from Third Strike to roll back when I got knocked down. I'll try it later tonight.

You can also just push all three punch buttons at once right when you land.

Have you modded it in any way? The JLF Ultimate Mod is a way to shorten the throw and reduce the deadzone. I did it and it's been very helpful. I also have a HRAP3.

no way to block akumas ultra or super.
you have to avoid or counter it. i've noticed that jumping back and using a fierce kick as you are landing is probably the best way to avoid it, unless you want to try and counter it.
it is pretty cheap that you can time the ultra and do it as someone is getting up to make avoiding it impossible, however there is still like a frame or few that you can counter it.
the problem is the timing of countering it is tough because the camera angle changes when it begins and can throw you off.

So the available frame to counter is right after the animation finishes and the camera is swinging back around? So I'd basically be able to hold up+back and mash on the kick button and possibly get lucky?
While I like the ultras, they do suck sometimes. But like you said, every now and then you avoid one and it leaves them wide open.
I was playing a Chun Li last night in the 3rd round, and they started her ultra which I was able to jump over as she was charging. Well, Chun Li keep kicking and moving across the screen, which I didn't know, and kept chasing her with kicks because I didn't know she'd keep moving. I played another Chun Li this afternoon, and avoided the ultra again, but this time I just followed her across the screen, and as was able to land a nice dragon punch as she was finishing up.
