oh and i would not order from lizardlick, that is a crappy ass run business. they open their store for like 2 hours on monday mornings then close it the rest of the week. then it takes them 2-3 weeks to get your order out.

I agree. Granted, when I ordered my parts from them it was during the busy times of SF4 just coming out but it literally took over a month to receive my parts. Then they ran out of the joystick I originally had ordered right before they were going to ship it. Communication was horrible as well.

It'll take a few weeks (probably over a month) for your parts to ship out if you ordered recently. Check the Shoryuken lizardlick thread or the lizardlick website FAQ.

Lizardlick is a great place to buy parts from, it's just they're not big enough to handle the demand from the fifty billion people that started playing because of SF4. You used to be able to order parts any day of the week and have it shipped out within the week, but it's not like they're the only place that has been running out. Another shop, Akihabara shop is in a similar situation where ordering gets closed when they're out of stock.

They're STILL having issues though which is a little embarrassing considering how long they've had to get their shit together. I bought parts the week SFIV came out, and waited patiently for my parts knowing exactly why things were backed up. But apparently it's still backed up and other places are doing better. When I finally upgrade my buttons and such I'll be going with anybody other than lizardlick.

Shitty service will lose customers, and that's what he's done.

i don't expect them to open a site for a few hours when they are still backlogged 200+ orders.

i mean it's ridiculous that you can only order between like 2 hours on a monday, then still have to wait 2-3 weeks for your order to ship. that is a joke.

i ordered my parts from them like 2 weeks before sf4 came out and i got them very quickly, however their business is crap now.

I finally got some playing time in with the new TE stick...yep, I suck. It's honestly been months since I've touched the game and I've lost all of my timing. Hopefully I'll slowly start getting better, because it is baaaad right now.

People say Lizard Lick is great. Only thing I can say about them is that they gave me my money back with no problems after I waited a month for my parts. I then orderded from akihabrashop and got my stuff 7 days later.

Got my TE last night. I don't know why but it seems to work for me better than my modded HRAP EX with sanwa buttons and stick. Doesn't make sense but I had no execution issues like I normally have sometimes. psychological maybe?

I've seen the vids of KOF and it looks like a game i won't like. i was never that into the SNK games at all, so i doubt i'll get into it.

I'll be getting BlazBlue when it's around $40 or less, not grabbing it at launch. Never been into the KoF, tried it a few times, just couldn't get into it. Love GG though, so I figure BB should be fun.

a bit off topic, can the PS3 fightstick work on the PC? It has a usb connector, right? I'm thinking of getting one in preparation for SF4 on the PC.

Is the PS3 fightstick any different from the Xbox360 version? I noticed that it's $10 more for the Xbox360. Can you use the PS3 fightstick on the Xbox360?

PS3 stick will definitely not work on 360 without wiring in new parts (quite a daunting task if you're not used to soldering and such)

The PS3 stick should work on the PC though from what I've read. I'm not positive though

I don't know if that works with Google Checkout or not, guess I'll find out in a few days, but if it does the stick ends up being under $60 shipped.

They do have the PS3 version by the way, but it's $56 + shipping, so not really as good a deal. And there's a coupon for $10 off $100 "TJOOS" although that nullifies free shipping, so it only saves you a few bucks if you plan on buying two.

Thanks. That's actually much better than what I would have gotten from Amazon. It's still cheaper with shipping than Amazon with free prime shipping.

Now I just await someone with PS3 version to confirm that it works on the PC, through mame32 if possible.

ANSWER: You need a UHCI USB on your computer, on motherboard or pci card. The Fightstick only works on UHCI USB. Look in control panel, device manager and make sure your USB ports are UHCI (Universal Host Controller) else it won't work. MadCatz has been made aware of this problem and probably won't be fixing it.

regular xbox360 controllers work on the PC, so I would assume the xbox360 fight stick works on the PC as well, but not 100% certain.

I don't see why they would fix it, or even should. It works with the system it was designed for and that's all it needs to do. It's not a 'problem' that it doesn't work with the PC easily as it wasn't made for that. Even coming close is a stroke of luck that folks should be happy about.

Based on what I've read on the forums (I don't have the product), it was advertised as also being 'PC compatible'.
