so basically you want your opponents to play the way you deem is okay to play the game, and if they don't, they are "spammers" and "boring" to fight. that is the definition of a scrub.
they can play however they like if that's spamming or turtling in the corner its a free country but I don't usually stick around for matches like that because they bore me, as i said for me its not always about winning.

i do get what you are saying, because there are certain matchups that are hard for me as well, and i'm full of excuses as to why i lose them, but i also realize i had to find a way to get around that and beat them. like fuerte in sf4. i can't stand that guy and he's full of gimmicks, but i have to try and deal with it.
i guarantee if you beat those 4kpp guys on your list in any way shape or form, after they destroyed you 20x in a row, that you would enjoy it and it would be "fun" to you. even if it meant "spamming fireballs from the corner" all match. if you got the W you would enjoy it.
no I wouldn't have you been paying attention to what I've been saying trying to squeeze out a cheap win again someone that is better than you isn't victory I want I would rather lose all 20 times and learn something.
when i do find a boring match, it's not because someone is "spamming" moves. it's because they don't know what they are doing. in the case you are talking about if they jump back and keep shooting fireballs at me, i'll just go in on them and completely destroy them. they usually are the kind of people who as soon as they wakeup, dash back. in SF5 it's so easy to completely destroy these people because there are no invincible backdashes. and after i realize that these people suck, i will just leave the lobby after the first match and find someone who's better.
