My one wrist is especially an issue. I can't do a single pushup without getting pain. I'm pretty sure it's a combination of an injury years ago (yay arm wrestling), and overuse through hours and hours at the computer over the years.
Any advice? It keeps me from doing basic exercise like the aforementioned pushups, let alone pullups.
