I am losing it. My Grandmas health goes up and down. We think she is going to pass away, then she bounces back and we are all relieved. Then she gets sick again and I can't take the worry anymore. My mom has a heart condition, my dad's health isnt all that great and I have two college classes that are demanding. One class is online and this is the teachers first time doing an online class and he didn't organize the assignments correctly. Some were lucky enough to find them in a reclusive spot on the website, most in fact. It makes me look bad and now all these things are bearing down on me and I am going insane. Focus seems impossible at this point

Seeing sick pts come back over and over gets only harder when you have to face their increasingly frustrated and demoralized family.
You might consider a semester off given all that's happened? Maybe even get a psychotherapist to talk things through with an empathic and objective third party?

Some changes in life that are for every person the hardest are inevitable.

That continued caring about and for each other can cross any boundaries imposed upon people by the most hardest but inevitable changes in life. While losing the individual consciousness, it still works both ways. Harmony is key.
