Strip club newbies - FAQ

I observed all of the following fundamental mistakes tonight from a few drunken college kids. I hope every one of them reads this.

DON'T-
Try to "rescue" the grls from their current lifestyle, it's their choice, so respect it
Ask a girl for their recommendations for a lapdance from another girl
Use the ATM machine inside the club, go WITH cash dumba$$
Assume a girl is interested in you rather than the cash you just put in your wallet
Ask a girl for her number. BUT if you really think you have a chance, you don't.

DO-
Respect the girls and their wishes. This is their job, they've earned it
Help the girls feel sexy, this helps them help you
Tip regularly, even with the smallest bills.
Stay sober!!! The girls were hot BEFORE you started drinking, so enjoy it.


If you go to a club for the first time, observe how things work BEFORE you do anything. Don't let you nervous little minds go wild. CALM DOWN and talk to any of the girls (yes, they speak too) if you have questions.

Tonight was my first night. I swear. These are just common sense things that seem to escape most people.

I haven't been to one in a long time, but that list you made is pretty much known to most guys. I know that I'm paying for phony conversation for the sake of looking at them naked. I've never seen a guy try to pick up a stripper but I've seen many partake in the phony conversation part. Asking stuff like whether they like their jobs is pretty much common with younger guys trying to be nice. Older guys don't really give a damn and are usually cruder, and I actually applaud them for that. Strippers have a hell of a lot of baggage usually, but there was a case where some guy hooked up with a stripper and was arrested recently in my local news. Heh. A chance match? Probably not. The biggest tip I can give after going to a few clubs in my time is:

My do, do not do list:

1. Spend money, the dancers are there to make money. Would you go to a casino and not gamble?

2. Keep your hands to your self. The dancer will let you know what is okay to do.

3. Do not think that because you have given a dancer money you can treat her anyway you want. These clubs have big muscular bouncers to deal with people who think like that.

4. Check your adolescence at the door. The dancers are there to make money and if they are lucky maybe get some laughs.

When I was single, the clubs were a waste of time... Now that I'm married...

Actually, when I was single, I lived with a hot girl, who was intersted in girls. We used to go to the clubs all the time. She'd stay later than I would, and bring girls home... AFTER I had fallen asleep. I had to work at 6AM, so I never got to watch/participate... Grrr...

The "classic" story ive heard from about 5 strippers so far (never once fell for it just listend and smiled and bought them a drink for the convo):

"so yeah i dropped out of high school/college cause some jackass knocked me up so now i've got this 2-3 yr old kid I'm trying to support all by myself since my mom kicked me out. I'm really enjoying dancing though cause i make great money, and during the day I've gone back to get my GED/degree. Next year I'm hoping to go back to the Community college to one day be a nurse or something. I hang out here at the club during my off nights though, maybe you can come back and we can hang out. So have you ever been to the VIP room?"

The girls aren't always hot. And if they actually turned the lights on in the place and didn't leave it dark all the time, that number would dwindle drastically. If you've went to your first strip club and 80% of the girls were hot, I'd stick with that one, it's a diamond in the rough.

Why spend money if you don't have to? That's why most all strip clubs (atleast around here) charge cover charges. You pay the cover, go in and see naked ladies strip on the stage. If you want a little something extra, THEN you pay extra. Then again, I'm cheap, so there's my logic .

Houstons Strip scene is still booming with clubs full of hot girls...
Treasures, Gold Cup, legends, etc etc..
and yes you can get play from strippers... specially if you got a few bucks to spend.

Ditto here. While I do believe that people deserve an inherent amount of respect, I do find it humorous that people insist on giving strippers all of this "respect". Look, they make a living by degrading themselves. That's pretty much how they can expect to be treated. I don't have a problem with their chosen profession, but when you pay a slut to act like a slut, she can expect to be treated like a slut.

I've only been once. My Dad took me one night when he was picking me up from work when I was 16. I got a hamburger and fries Then during my lap dance the girl told me I could smile, LOL. I'm sure I was just kinda sitting there a little dumbfounded, hahaha

that depends on where you are. in miami it is perfectly acceptable to fondle the dancers. in fact one of the only rules is do not hit the women.

Strip clubs are a HUGE waste of money.

It's like paying to look at a buffet when you're starving, but you aren't allowed to eat anything.

A complete waste of time and money.

Also a surefire way to NOT get laid.
