Well, I've picked up the opening and closing procedures pretty quickly. Its nice to be able to tell someone else to do all the tedious bullsh1t(take out the garbage, get so and so on stage etc..). I spend alot of my shift kinda just hanging out and making sure the girls feel loved and that everyone has what they need to do their job....

ummm the usual drama. We had a bit of a house cleaning last week. Fired 8 girls. Mostly for dealing/using drugs in the club or not paying there fees etc....

Other than that we have the lovely Penthouse Pet of the year Sunny Leone coming in this weekend.

thanks for opinion but the sex industry has been around since sex has been around and it has been enjoyed buy most of the most prestigous individuals to ever walk the earth at one point or another.

This club doesnt take money from anybody. We provide a valid service that many people are willing to pay for. Both men and women come to the club. It is not anyones business to tell someone how they should spend there money or when. ITs called personal responsibility. Women are not exploited here. We have girls calling the club all the asking for an audition etc....They are there to make money using something god given (their bodies) we provide safe and comfortable environment for them to do so. no one is being exploited here it is all voluntary. Its not like we are pimping them out and keeping them around through mind control and drugs and abuse. that would be exploitation. We don't treat them as sex objects. They are treated as employees. The fact that they take there shirts off doesnt mean we are allowed to degrade them and treat them poorly. Some clientel may treat them this way but that is something that the girls decided to put up with in exchange for making easy money.

On the flip side, you subject these girls to that abuse you know of the rampant drug use and continue to employ these people, and easily stand by to make an easy buck, you think it's not easy to run a strip joint, cmon, I could turn my garage into a parlor charge the girls I hire 20% of their take and still make a profit. I'm not saying I don't enjoy a strip club, though I have better things to do with my time / money...don't kid yourself, you're no saint.

You are acting like we are pushing drugs on the girls. The majority of the girls don't partake. The ones that do its there business. If they want help and want to get out of living the fast life we will help them. You are forgetting that these girls that do partake had substance abuse issues before they started dancing at the club.

If it is as easy as you think everyone would be doing it.

I don't really care. If a girl wants to strip ... let her. However, I find it interesting that I don't know of another profession where the company knowingly allows a drug addiction in the workplace.

Perhaps I'm not naive, but rather, you're immersed in a drug rich environment. There are jobs where drug use is not accepted or condoned.

It was nothing like that. They were being shady with my money and there were other things management was doing/ not doing that I was sick of. I left on positive and I will likely get a reference for another club from the owner or when the owner buys/opens his new clubs which he will I will be a top choice for employment.

So these two girls both end up showing up to my house on a friday night. Mind you they are 19 y.o. and they are by my standards A$$ lickin hot.

They get to the club and me and the manager hook them up with all the guys with money. THey are naturals on stage and from what I saw naturals at giving lap dances. They walked out with 250 cash each at the end of the night for only about a 3 hour shift.. which is excellent for noobs.

I was there driver and I stayed and kept an eye on them the whole time. The club gave me an open tab all night so I just chilled with all my old stripper friends and had a blast drinking for free.

They slept over that night. I have a king size bed so I let them stay there. I slept on another bed in the same room. Again no perverted stuff went on. They left around noon the next day.

Fast forward to today. One of the girls got a bar tending job so she is not coming back but the other girl still needs money so she is coming this weekend with her other friend who never has stripped before. They are staying both nights at my house.

Is this bad? I am getting a finders fee for the one girl that is coming back again this weekend. My roomate says this is one step away from full blown pimping. I say this is free will. I am helping them make quick money and keeping an eye on them. Its hard to turn down.
