I'd probably say Israel because of the direct link to the US military they enjoy.

Out of those I'd say Russia, though it's probably the US that is the most powerful. Not just because of fire power but because of overall world power, they can pretty much order a country to do/stop anything and that country has no choice but to comply. They can send FBI to raid people's houses etc.... They're actually working on a new law where they can do this to anyone who uses a VPN, for example.

The weight of a military force measured in pounds would have to include the people, the equipment, as well as the pounds of explosive force?

There are a lot of N. Koreans, but they are mostly under-fed manlets wielding sticks and a few fizzle missiles. Not very heavy.

Yeah, I dunno. Economies of scale and all that probably start to have diminishing returns when you get past a certain point. China and Russia may be too massive/bloated.

Out of the countries listed, these countries are known to have nuclear weapons. ( I suppose with Israel it is a sort "well...we're not going to admit it but...)
