Student loan consolidation...help plz.

What should I keep in mind when I consolidate my student loans ??
I have been in repayment for around 2 years and have 15-16k left in loans. What is a good reliable company to look at ?

Do the goverment one, not a indepoendent company. The Goverment is a LOT nicer if you even need to sto payments for a while or change payment plans etc...

I juts did that for my loans.

Rgr... nelnet is something I had to go through to apply for my loan... very user friendly and they seem to have alot of information on their website

Consolidation

Yep.
I did this with about 65k in student loan debt.
It's pretty easy to get a forbearance and put off payments for a year.
