First, print off coupon and MIR. Next, bring the coupon with you and go visit your local OD. Look in the locked cabinet where the hard drives, video cards, etc. are for the Pinnacle Studio PCTV Pro. Luck #1 - the shelf price is marked as $49.99. In the cash register it is $89.95 but a majority of the stores around here still haven't changed the shelf price. Make sure to comment on the price as the clerk gets you the card so he/she remembers it when you get to the cash register. Pick up some small item (papar clips are $.29) to make $50. After the clerk has entered the items, produce the coupon. Luck #2 - either a) clerk enters coupon code and it still works or b) code doesn't work but clerk and/or manager overrides and gives it to you anyway. You're out the door with $49.99 + tax - $15. Go home, send in MIR for -$20, total is $15 + whatever sales tax you had to pay on $35.

NOTE: I have not personally tried this coupon code. The one I was using has dropped out of the system, but the clerk was kind enough to give me a manual discount on the price.



PS Anyone using this information to purchase for resale owes me %15 of profits as finders fee. Should only be fair, right?

This is probably not allowed but OldPro doesn't have PM enabled or a profile.

Where can I find more of those coupon images? My local OD often gives me problems with coupons. For example, I used that same coupon code to buy a monitor, but the cashier had a coupon from the person before me which had the SAME code except printed on it was info that said it was only valid for a certain book product. I did finally get the manager to accept it, however it wasted alot of my time.

This is for the Studio PCTV Pro w/ Stereo TV, FM, and includes the remote control. If you picked one off for $20 you did outstanding! The one's I saw had closed at $50-$70!

Coupon code should be good, it is a different code than was on the earlier coupons. I saw the same code on another coupon that said it expired 2/28/01. If anyone knows of any other active OD coupons, please post!

I checked both of the OD in Fortworth, TX, and they all had them for $89.99 at the register and at the cabinet. DO you know a phone number so I could price match with there store, or would someone be willing to get me one and send it to me?

They are $89.99 at my local B&M OD - both on the shelf and in the computer.

Also, the coupon (code 5243) didn't work. I took the actual print out of the coupon in. They entered that code and it said invalid.

That's absolute bull, I'd give them more trouble for it. It's a coupon from THEIR store, it doesn't expire until much later this month, and they won't honor it? Blimey. I think I'll scan in my receipt...shows that the coupon code went through just fine...

I think code 5243 was a Christmas coupon that really expired 1/27 and is now out of the system. The coupon at the link is a different code that should be good for a couple of weeks yet. The first time I looked at one of these I didn't realize there was a rebate on them and didn't have a copy of the coupon with me. That store must have fixed the shelf price the moment I walked out the door. Second store has sold me two units on two different days and doesn't seem very concerned about the price difference. Third store has shelf price of $49.99 but doesn't have any in stock. I don't know, I was three for three finding the cheaper shelf price, maybe the stores around Minneapolis aren't as sharp as the rest of the country.

I went yesterday and it was 89.99 on the shelf...I even had them do a price check on the number and it was 89.99 in the database...oh well.

well, I picked one up at OD yesterday. It ranged up 89.99. But the shelf price was 49.99. I was told that the shelf price was wrong and it's there by mistake. In anycase, I got it for 49.99 because they honored the shelf price. And the coupon worked after they entered it manually. Also they changed the price back to 89.99.
