I suppose "big diet" is the reason nobody takes this approach now? Ooooooor could it be that there's more to it than that?stop eating would be the fastest way.
just take a multi-vitamin pill every day.
that worked in a study back in the 50's. fat guy lost like 300lbs on nothing but water and vitamin pills. took a few weeks
I'd probably put it on par with tobacco. Still not on board with endorsing a specific paleo or keto or any other diet with very specific requirements, just find what works for you and do that. If it doesn't work for you, try something else. That's kind of selfish, right? Why do you hate stats?
Carb addiction is a real thing and may be harder to kick than a lot of drugs.
You do have a lot of weird notions about food though.Yeah, 300lbs is much harder but possible if the overweight guy's metabolism went into overdrive coz of the multi-vitamins (would need to know what exactly he took to understand).
Personally, I've seen great success with carb blocking supplements (use them only once a day for your largest meal), do squats as much as you can, eat honey/dark chocolate and oat biscuits for breakfast. With this routine, I feel much easier to move about and don't "feel" fat. I'm known as the crazy health conscious guy at my workplace where most males have overblown tummies.
I have a weird metabolic system which I guess is not that uncommon. Most people with B+ blood group have digestive issues or weird metabolism. We put on weight too quickly. You do have a lot of weird notions about food though.
This is where the demons invade.
wha?I suppose "big diet" is the reason nobody takes this approach now? Ooooooor could it be that there's more to it than that?
Having been to the Philippines twice now i can agree they love Banana ketchup (goes really good with deep fried plantains), Durians are awesome as where the Pomelos (i've tried them in North America and they are just basically grapefruit, in the Philippines they are a lot sweeter)
and the legendary British navy never recovered.Visualizing British ship loses during the two world wars (i had to double check the ww1 boats as they listed aircraft carrier, seaplane tenders actually)
