When I was working as a fitness trainer at my brothers gym this woman came in with her late teens daughter and wanted the tour and training session. I showed them the place and then started the training on the circuit. When I watched the daughter on the first machine the mother got VERY angry...told me that she would watch her daughter and instruct her. I let her know that wasn't really possible. She asked if there was anyone else to help them so I grabbed my sister-in-law out of the office for them (I don't really mind that very much, I'm kinda scary until you get to know me). Instead of wanting help she demanded that I be fired for harrasment and the police be notified that I was a child predator. My sister-in-law promptly tore up all their paperwork and trespassed the woman from the property, and offered the daughter her condolences on having such a horrible woman as a mother.
Being aware, and even protective, is one thing. But some people definitely slipped through the gene pool filter.

You said you were a vendor? Does that mean that you are considered self-employed, or are you employed by the bread company? She can only sue your employer, if that's you and she sees she can't get any dough easily out of you, she'll disappear.

the store I vendor at. Alot of the people on grocery side of the store, I know they will defend me. I've been vendoring at that store for 2 years now. The grocery workers and their manger never had any kind of problems with me, no complaints from the customers. I'm friends with alot of them. They know I would never sexually harass anyone.
Should I mention somethen to my bosses at my work and the bosses at the store I vendor at about what the lady said to me?

If she sues you for looking at her daughters private parts, sue her for public displays of nudity of a minor... because we all know you cant see what isnt displayed.
