Anaheim Fry's has some of the ugliest and smelliest people I've seen in retail. Fountain Valley one isn't much better either.
Vegas one, on the other hand, doesn't seem to have a problem attracting sweet young things.

Here is another experience. Some customers were inquiring about some power supplies. Apparently you can get the accurate readings of the PSU with the side sticker. So the customer told the associate that he got the watt rating. The associate then said "How did you get that?" Apparently he didn't know that the ratings on the sticker were more important and accurate than a sticker that said "450W". Some associates they were.

And so the conversation continued and nothing annoying there but then I got to another fry's associate who clearly didn't know the difference between the centrino processors and pentium 4 processors. I was bitchin about the desktop replacements with the pentium 4 processors saying how it was stupid that they even bother to put batteries in them since they barely get 30 minutes out of them. Then mentioned that it was good that intel was going to drop the pentium 4 line of processors for the laptops since they know centrino can whoop the p4's a$$ and then he remarked, "We did a performance test here at fry's comparing the pentium 4 and the centrino (pentium m) and the pentium 4 wiped the floor clean with the pentium m.
I said, are you sure about this? What was the speed of the pentium 4 and the centrino? He said the pentium 4 was a 3.06GHZ and the centrino was a 1.7ghz! I was appauled because if they knew anything, they would know thats comparing apples to oranges. He said, "how so?" I replied, "well because the centrino works in performance of 1.5*clock speed of centrino computer". I was very surprised he didn't know this and was very irritating that he thought the pentium 4 was much faster than the centrino because he has probably sold tons of laptops to misguided users' thinking they were getting a better one than one with a centrino processor...

there is no such thing as a centrino processor.
If you actually read his post it is clear he knows there is no CPU called the Centrino.

Looks like you're the misinformed one. A Centrino doesn't use the Pentium 4M it uses the Pentium M a different CPU.
