I got my first CD in '95 too, but I still bought cassettes after that too. For a while I had a car that only played cassettes. My 2004 Audi has a cassette player in it still, and I've seen newer cars than that with cassette players.
Even as early as 1995, nobody in the entire world bought cassette tapes. That's the year I bought Nirvana's Nevermind album on CD

No, but I only had the "Space Invaders" rip-off "Demon Attack." I also had "Space Jockey," which only sounded like a SI rip-off.
Did you know that the 8-bit Game Boy version of Space Invaders contains the full 16-bit SNES version accessible when played through a Super Game Boy adapter? It wasn't just using the SNES for TV-out and controller input! Some other GB games even let you use the mouse of play 2-player with the SNES controllers (no need for a second GB and link cable).
