Stupid Vice City mission....

It says "cause some chaos and raise the chaosmeter"... I shoot people, nothing. I steal cars, nothing. I shoot cops and steal their cars, nothing... Even blowing stuff up doesn't do the trick. By the end of the time limit, I'm not even 1/3 of the way through the bar...I don't get it

I AM STUCK ON THE SAME DAMN MISSION!!!!

Heres a trick i found that helped. If you go striaght and by the overpass bridge. There are these stairs. Take them up and use that pill that makes everything slow motion. Just blow stuff up constantly. The slowness will prevent cops from shooting you and extend time.

The mission was pretty easy the way I did it. Just steal a strong car (you don't have to do it in a bike) and spray other cars with the uzi until they blow up. If you do this with about 4 or 5 cars, you will beat the mission.

At another forum I visit, one of the members of the GTA:VC Dev team posts. This was his suggestion for that mission.

Get a flamethrower or some moltovs (there's some in a diner on the west island near Hymen condos). Set some cars on fire. Apparently makes the mission very easy.

I am nowhere near that far into it. I'm stuck on "supply and demand", keep getting my damn boat stuck on land. Gonna give it another try at lunch today, cause I want to get to where I can buy the businesses around Vice City. Buying Hymen Condos tapped my cash reserves.
