Stuttering driving me to suicide

Kinda obvious but are you using a mousepad? I know a lot of noobs who don't use mousepad and wonder why mouse control is so bad.

I had a friend who was complaining to me about the exact same issue you are having and I was telling him to do this and that and replace hardware and format and reinstal windows and then I went to his house to see for my self about this "huge" problem that supposedly can't be fixed and found out the fool wasn't using a mousepad and thus his mouse would stutter in games and move really awkwardly in windows.

I did not install any driver only Graphics Driver , also did not update Windows as I updated windows many times and saw that issue

now what are you seeing is fresh windows 7 , graphics driver intel hd 4000

i don't know what to say , do i have to sell my pc parts and get z87 Chipset , really i don't know what it is

am i the wrong what am i suppose to do else

Well at least you have ruled out the GPU. It's the mouse, the surface it rides on, or some driver problem.

We still haven't seen a single fraps trace. Its funny we could have determined the GPU/CPU wasn't a problem like a week ago. I don't know why people don't follow the basic diagnostics we give them but there it is. It could still be stuttering in the GPU pipeline because of the motherboard or something else, but we still don't have the most basic of information showing us what the stuttering actually is. I wont waste my time OP any further, welcome to my infinite ignore list.
