Stuttering in Rise of Legends

Hi guys,

I have an annoying stuttering issue occurring with Rise of Legends. As I scroll around the map I get random stuttering. I would describe them as light stutters. It?s somewhat subtle, but definitely there. This seems to occur regardless of resolution or in-game ?eye-candy? settings. What?s going on here?

Hm, I wonder, could it be that simple? How would I be able to tell?

Here are the driver version/date numbers for my video card and sound card.

From my device manager ?

Nvidia 7800 GTX: 6.14.11.6218 (6/29/07)
Creative X-fi: 5.12.6.1187 (8/10/06)

It looks like nvidia has already released new ones. Still, are we talking about a driver conflict, or simply something that needs to be updated?

Ok, spent the better part of an afternoon cleaning out the dust in my case. Thankfully there wasn't too much, but I was working on a few other PC's as well.

I checked my Nvidia drivers - i'm running forceware version 162.18, so it looks like i'm up to date. I'm going to do a bit of poking around at the ROLHeaven, perhaps they can help me narrow the issue down. If I find anything i'll post back here. In the meantime, if anyone has some suggestions, i'd most definitely appreciate it.
