Subscription links should go to the last post.

From the "New Features" for version 3:

Last post in thread - every topic listed has a navigation point to get tot he last post in the thread.

Why are the links that come in subscription notifications not setup using this method? It should take me right to the last post in the thread, or better yet, right to the last post that I actually read.

Yes, this seems to be broken. Didn't the old version take you to the last unread post? It's annoying to have to browse the whole stupid thread again when I get a subscription email...

No, the old version never did either. It'd been a stupid "feature" of these forums for quite a while. Most other forums even know which specific post in a particular thread I haven't read and can take me right to it. Scrolling through a whole thread is really retarded whether it's 1 page or 100...
