I thought ALL subways were run by asians now lol. Charging for toasting is pretty low... but I wouldnt put it past them. I would think its against company policy though, so a quick call to their cust service number should fix 'em.

yeah, I thought Indian or Middle Eastern management was the common stereotype for Subway franchises.

The staff at this Subway is a mix of both, it seems.

Stopped by the local Subway on the way home from work to get some supper for the family. When I got home I made a bowl of soup, put everything on my plate and sat down to watch "The Man from Planet X".
Unwrapped the sub took three bites of my sandwich and felt something odd and stringy. Put two fingers up to my mouth and pulled out a black hair about 6 inches long. Was not mine or any in the family (brown hair) so I figured it came from someone at Subway.
Did not bother to call or drive over and complain, It was just a hair, I will be okay.....right???

Why didn't you just take the sandwich back, i'm sure they make you another one. I eat at my local subway several times a month, never had a problem.

My friend found a hair recently and it grossed him out. He decided to never eat at our local Arby's again.

I keep telling him that's a stupid reason. This particular Arby's restaurant is notably more clean than other fast-food restaurants in the area and the employees are notably more courteous (like typical Chik-Fil-A employees).

They wear the required hats and take the same precautions. It's going to happen once-in-a-while no matter where you eat. He's still more likely to get a hair from one of the other fast-food restaurants...so why write-off this one? People aren't rational.

Went on a trip with a bunch of people, including one black girl. One day, I got in the shower and there were a bunch of tiny black pube hairs all over the floor of the shower. Nasty.

California? It's not subway it's California's heated foods tax or something ridiculous like that, just another joy of living in the peoples republic. Also if you get a drink, and your sandwich is toasted, the drink is now taxed too suddenly.
