yeah wtf, I had just assumed the regular subs from subway were always $5 (with the premiums always extra)?

maybe in high volume areas they upped the price again due to overwhelming demand?

maybe sales are low and they just need to try and create new spin on the same ad...

Can't say for everywhere, but here in north Texas, there's only been about 5 subs (the classics) that have consistently stayed at the $5 level. The "Select" subs are always higher. The Subway Club I like most is usually around $7.50 (out the door, with tax).

Now if someone at Subway would just figure out that people actually start work at or before 7AM, and open their places for breakfast earlier, so we could enjoy that as well. Shoot, by 7AM, when they open, I've already been at work for an hour! :|

depending where you're located, it's another 2 bucks on top of the five dollar sub.

Our local Subway here in NW Indiana opens @ 6am. Their breakfast sandwiches are awesome!! (And probably a little healthier than a Sausage McMuffin)...

damn, here in MD (at least at the local ones) they open at 7 im off to class most days by 6 so I can't grab me some breakfast love.

I've been to a Subway that charged $7 for a foot long seafood. Needless to say, I never went there again.
At the one I used to regularly go to, it was $5.

The only things I've ever ordered from Subway is either the seafood or teriyaki chicken.

Sweet! Now I can afford to eat there. Stopped by my local Subway for the first time in probably 4 years. Foot long Italian BMT Toasted, bag 'o chips, medium soda was almost $9!

At all of the ones I go to the only $5 subs are:
Tuna, Ham, Roast chicken, Spicy Italian and BMT.
The rest are $6.75 or more for the premium subs.
When they have these deals I get the either the chicken bacon ranch or the buffalo chicken. These are $6.75 at all of the Subway's near me normally.
