I tried to contact Animal Control in the morning and they were not willing to do anything due to the holiday. It was probably already dead before I got up at 0630, before I was able to call them or post this thread.

Oh bullshit. He got back Sunday after midnight and it died Monday morning, after he tried to get it out of there. It's a shame and sad, but your post is so much crap.
