Fry the motherfucker, guilty as hell.

It'll be interesting to see how this unfolds. One of the guys who didn't get hit clearly has a gun that he puts in his waistband while checking on the first one hit. Do they go for the "he felt in danger for his life" card, the "he passed out and doesn't remember" card, or the "my car went bonzo and out of control" card...probably all three will be mentioned and there will be one juror who gets enough STFU money to hang the jury.

So let me get this straight.

He passed out and his car was at full speed.....and he didn't know he ran over anyone....BUT he didn't hit anything after that?

So he just woke up driving a car?

Right

In typical American fashion, always deny.

Meanwhile our tax money will be spend for theater/BS play in court.

Why on earth, if charged with a crime, would you do anything other than deny? If you deny you get one of two possibilities of a verdict: guilty and not guilty. If you do the opposite, and admit, you get one possibility: guilty.

I know juries are not supposed to have their biases but the name Suge Knight kills any benefit of doubt.

I think Suge meant to run the guy down, but at the same time, I could reasonable believe the guy meant to shoot Suge.

Exactly. But at the same time we have no idea what was going on outside the video so maybe someone else was attacking him or he had to get out of the way of incoming traffic or some other shit. Again you need without any reasonable doubt for him to be considered responsible and furthermore this is obviously not 1st degree murder despite what I am sure he is being charged with. Logically he might get intentional manslaughter and Sloan might get felony assault plus use of a firearm in a felony or some other shit.

if he wanted to shoot Suge he had plenty of opportunity. he shoulda just bucked off on Suge before he put the car in reverse.

it's crazy, guy who Suge almost killed won't testify against him.

Cle "Bone" Sloan, who was allegedly run over by Suge Knight, refused to be a "snitch" when called to the stand in court Monday.

"I will not be used to send Suge Knight to prison," said Sloan, an adviser on the upcoming film "Straight Outta Compton."

Sloan's testimony was offered Monday during a preliminary hearing during which a judge will determine whether there's enough evidence for Knight to stand trial on murder, attempted murder, and hit-and-run charges.

Authorities contend Knight intentionally struck Sloan and his friend Terry Carter with his pickup truck. But Knight's attorney says his client was ambushed and was trying to escape an attack when he hit the men.

"From the beginning to the end, he was the aggressor. We knew he was the aggressor," Knight's lawyer Matt Fletcher said of Sloan.

Sloan told prosecutors in court that he was only on the stand because he was subpoenaed.

He refused to identify Knight as the man behind the wheel when he was struck outside a Compton burger stand on Jan. 29. He said he does not want to be a "snitch."

In the middle of his testimony, prosecutors granted Sloan immunity, but he still refused to identify Knight.

He did admit, however, that he was upset with Knight and punched him through the window of the truck before the deadly encounter that killed Carter.

In an audio interview with detectives that was played in court Monday, Sloan said that he fought with Knight on the movie set of "Straight Outta Compton" and coincidentally ran into him again at Tam's Burgers.

Sloan said after he punched Knight in the face, all he remembers is hitting the ground at some point but doesn't recall how he got there. He said the next thing he does remember is seeing Carter on the ground.

"It just got to a point where it came to blows. I think both people were physically hitting each other, but hitting each other and running people over are two different things," Sloan's lawyer Stephen Bernard said.

Sloan suffered two fractured ankles, a serious cut to his head, two torn ligaments in his knees and a shoulder injury.

"Every day, I tried to forget it," Sloan said. "I just know, I screwed up, and Terry's dead."

Knight's court hearings have become dramatic affairs - he fired one set of attorneys during a hearing and medical conditions sent him to the hospital four times from courthouse appearances.

He complained last week when deputies brought him into court handcuffed to a wheelchair and has detailed health problems, including weight loss and blindness in one eye, when he's been allowed to speak in court.

Knight faces up to life in prison if convicted of killing Carter. Knight is being held on $25 million bail, an amount his lawyer has argued is excessive.

Superior Court Judge Ronald Cohen recessed the hearing, which is scheduled to resume Thursday.

Fallen rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight will be rooting for Floyd Mayweather from behind bars this weekend -- hoping his old friend can help pay his $10 million bail bill, his lawyer said Thursday.Speaking shortly after his latest court hearing, attorney Matthew Fletcher said Knight -- who denies murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges -- is counting on the unbeaten Mayweather to beat Filipino great Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
"I think we're going to have very good luck," Fletcher told reporters. "Hopefully next week... after Floyd Mayweather wins again, I think he's going to come riding to the rescue."

So is Mayweather suffering from massive brain injuries (like Ali for example)? That's the only way I would think he would come up with Suge's bail.

He kinda can't testify. He has a consulting and minor acting career based on his street cred as a gang banger. If you've seen Training Day, he was the gang banger that let Ethan Hawke get away with Denzels money. Anyway, snitches get stiches, so he can't really say anything. But dont be surprised if Suge is released and a little while later he's killed.

He also apparently led some type of in-gang progressive resolution in some old gang wars or some of that type of shit.

I have no idea what that means. lol But both sides are probably thinking they can settle it themselves.

Not sure if it comes into play but it might mean he has the attitude I want to shoot you in the face not the back type shit towards Suge. Basically using the law against him would be like a cheap shot. So a lot like old European honorable duels and warfare.

Considering how much of the world acts today I am surprised that they are holding to their gang conduct laws and not just breaking them. Much of society today acts like rules never apply to those who have lots of hate in society.

Cle Shaheed Sloan (born 22 May 1969) is an American filmmaker and activist from Los Angeles, California, USA. While still a member of Athens Park Bloods, a Los Angeles street gang, Sloan worked to reform gang culture to put an end to gang violence from the inside.
