Suggest a celery recipe for me

I have some celery and I after some quick searching the only recipe I've found that sounds simple and appetizing is a onion celery mix.
What do you suggest for a quick and tasty celery dish? I'm fine with mixing the celery with another vegetable or some chicken, but I want it as more of a main course/side dish rather than appetizer; that means no celery + peanut butter or hummus.

Ideally cooking plus prep time should total no more than half an hour.

Celery Dish? No such thing. Peanut butter, cheese whiz or similar spreadable cheese, in a sour cream dip, or added to a stew/sauce. Take your pick.

Tasty peanut butter and fresh breath! What could possibly be the downside to that?

Cheapo Asian restaurants use lots of celery to stretch out Kung Pao recipes. Actually they use it instead of more expensive veggies like broccoli, pea pods, water chestnuts, red peppers, baby corn, pea shoots, mushrooms, etc. in lots of dishes.

Celery is just cheap, nutrient poor crunch. Just chop it up and throw it into any other dish.

Celery is actually quite good with Tuna.

You grind up the Celery and Onions if you like em, mix with Tuna (out of a can is fine) mix it all up with a little lite mayo (taste the same as regular mayo and about half as bad for you). Put that on some good bread, throw a slice of cheese on it, throw it in a toster oven or regular oven and you got yourself an excellent tuna melt!!

Celery is the basis of a good Italian meat sauce. Add Carrot and onion and you're winning.

Bobboli Pizza Crust
1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce (I prefer Frank's or Sweet Baby Rays)
Mozzarella
Diced pre-cooked chicken (You can usually find the perfect amount pre-cooked and diced near the deli section of your grocerer)
Red Onion
Celery

1. Toss chicken in sauce place on pizza
2. Cover in Mozzarella
3. Add Onion and Celery to your preference
4. Bake according to the instructions on the pizza crust.
5. <Optional> After baking lightly squeeze ranch or blue cheese dressing on the pizza in streaks.
