Tomorrow I'm attending a 3-hour blunt weapon defense seminar that my Krav Maga instructor is doing. It was suggested that I bring a snack. Normally I eat a banana about a half hour before my normal 1-hour class and that's enough to give me energy for the whole class, but I don't think it's enough for a 3-hour class.
Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe another banana half way through? Protein bar? Nothing at all?
