OK, HM for workouts? I listened to nothing but AC/DC's LIVE 2 CD COLLECTOR'S EDITION ripped to MP3 for over a year in the gym (every other day for well over an hour). Never got tired of it. Sometimes I'd just listen to one track over and over and over, in particular Jailbreak. The album just energizes me!

Commenting on your tastes: Meshuggah is killer! Personally, for Metallica I'd pick their Kill 'em All album.
