Suggestion for a 4870 with the best cooling?

Which 4870 has the best cooling and preferably pre-overclocked? I don't want to install aftermarket coolers as I am not comfortable with that.
I have a 8800GTS with a EVGA 680iLT SLI motherboard with PCIe 1.1. I mostly only play UT3 right now with a 19" monitor. Planning to upgrade to a 24" incher and want audio over hdmi so I can connect it to my Sony 46" incher 40 feet away in the living room. Forced to go to ATI because of no HDMI audio support in Nvidia's current high end cards. When are Nvidia new cards with full HDMI audio support supposed to come out?

The Palit Sonic Dual edition, Asus Black Knight, and the 1GB cards from Sapphire and PowerColor have the best cooling systems available. Big heatpipe with a large fan blowing down onto the GPU area.

Palit Sonic Dual Edition doesn't have heatsink touching the video ram, so pre-overclocked ram has no heatsink. Sapphire 4870 Toxic which I have is pre-overclocked and has the main heatsink touching the ram chips, but it's 512MB and I don't know if the 1GB version has that. Note that the fan on Sapphire 4870 Toxic can get loud under workload, it spins at like 4000RPM under load. Under desktop use card is very quiet though and the heatsink is superb quality, highly recommend this!

Anyway, I do like the Sapphire board best. The 1GB card has the same cooling system.

Yep the fan on the 512mb version is loud, I think that on the 1 gig version the fan is controlled, not 100% sure though.

The stock cooler is probably the best cooler for 4870s if you do a bit of tweaking in the card's bios. Plus it also gets rid of all the heat out of the case and cools the vrms.

nVidia does support audio over HDMI. I've had an X-Fi connected to a GTX 280 and was able to get audio through HDMI to my Samsung LCD HDTV. All you have to do is connect SPDIF to the audio connector on the video card and then use a DVI to HDMI adapter to use an HDMI cable. It works perfectly.

Installing a after market cooler is a piece of cake The Artic Cooling twin Turbo I have on my 4870 is perfect. My temps are idle about 44 load about 60. And at 50% fan speed its dead silent you don't even know its on

I have that card in my Tri-Fire setup, and that cooler works very well (and is quiet).

Ya, I'd agree. I just ordered this card and I can't wait to get it.
I guess it isn't labeled/boxed as the Toxic Edition but I suppose that it is the 1GB Toxic Edition anyway.
