History of Rome has like 50 hours up for downloading
ugh, no way. jim dale = horrible.
make sure you get the stephen fry version. WAY better.
epic fail..I've heard both and Fry is horrible. His voices of literally every character are completely off..and he makes voldomort sound like an old man and a complete pussy. No passion behind any of the characters. Jim Dale FTW.
it's not an audio book, but no joke, The History of Rome podcast is the most interesting and engrossing thing I've ever listened to.
I'd recommend it for a roadtrip in a heartbeat... episodes 1-90 are all available for free off of itunes I think and they're each 20-40 minutes long.
MP3's are also available for download off its website: http://thehistoryofrome.typepad.com/the_history_of_rome/2008/11/index.html
my favorite story is about the sacred chickens...This looks sweet. Probably going to pick it up.

Terry Pratchett is one of my favorite authors, and I am really enjoying listening to his "Discworld" audiobooks. Humorous Fantasy.
Frank Muller is an awesome narrator. Here's a list of books he has narrated:

The last 2 Harry Potter books are excellent..seriously. Make sure you get the Jim Dale version. He does the voices perfectly.
