We all make those sorts of mistakes. This is a case of cherry picking. Practically everything Biden says in public is recorded. Spend enough time going over those recordings and you are going to be able to put together a highlight reel that shows almost anything you want, and some of the stuff in your videos is over ten years old. They went searching.
If you want to know if he is really like this you need to choose random samples of his speeches and look at how he talks, and recent would be better then looking at stuff decades old.
So, I just did so. I used a random number generator to generate a number bettween 1 and 7, to represent the month, then 1-30 to represent the day. I then googled 'Biden speech' and that date 2021. It came up with the following results:
