you will see what I believe is the newer better version of the heat pipe touch system.
Taking into account the outboard bent fin design, I think these guys are really on the ball.
First they have 3 pipes, not 4 (no straddling)
Second, they are all touching - with no aluminum separators, which I have never liked.
Note that even with a 92MM 56CFM fan and VERY compact size, it actually beat the xigmatek 1283 at stock idle, and was within 2 degrees at O/C load
While the cpu used is not really a big heat challenge, nevertheless it shows the validity of this design change
With a fan with more flow, who knows - might even be better

For my 120MM big HSF towers, I find around 100CFM is still worthwhile, and the Delta @98CFM and quiet was the best - but I cant find it anymore.
