It fits on the UD3P, you just have to orient it so the fan is blowing vertically.

Now, if you go to this review of a new HSF offering
http://www.overclockersclub.co...iews/reeven_rcct/2.htm
you will see what I believe is the newer better version of the heat pipe touch system.
Taking into account the outboard bent fin design, I think these guys are really on the ball.

First they have 3 pipes, not 4 (no straddling)
Second, they are all touching - with no aluminum separators, which I have never liked.
Note that even with a 92MM 56CFM fan and VERY compact size, it actually beat the xigmatek 1283 at stock idle, and was within 2 degrees at O/C load
While the cpu used is not really a big heat challenge, nevertheless it shows the validity of this design change

With a fan with more flow, who knows - might even be better

For my 120MM big HSF towers, I find around 100CFM is still worthwhile, and the Delta @98CFM and quiet was the best - but I cant find it anymore.

rebate is refreshed for feb... may pick up anothe one...

but one more thing to bitchabout: the base can't be removed without pulling the mobo to squeeze the pins, they seem to have a very sharp cutout and i didn't want to break the thing pulling on it... lots of niggling greif item about this thing, but it does cool good...

Just thought I'd throw some quick results into this thread. The Sunbeam dropped load temps by ~12-13 degrees from my Gemini II which had 2x120mm San Ace 103cfm fans on it. I am very impressed with this cooler.
